Nomsa Nteleko

Nomsa was born and raised in Sebokeng a small township in the Vaal and is one of 6 children. Her parents divorced when she was 14 and they both moved out of the family household. With the older siblings having having also moved out to seek work in various parts of Gauteng, she was left to look after her younger siblings.

At 16 she unfortunately got pregnant while still at school. She never dropped out of school because of the value she place on education and went on to finish high school.

She then went on to work as a receptionist in a small doctor’s office. Her first career aspiration was to one day become a doctor herself. At a twist of events she then fell in love with computers and wanted to learn more. In 2012 she joined Sage Softline Pastel. While at Sage she completed her AdvDipPM(Cranefield), Project Management and went to do a Bcom in Informatics. At Sage she was one of the people who started the Sage Public Sector Department.

Nomsa has always had the ambition of starting her own business. In 2012 she left Sage to start her own business, OS Holdings (Pty) Ltd. OS Holdings specialises on ERP and business management solutions. The business has won various accolades;

  • Best Intelligence- 2016

  • Runner up for MTN ICT Woman Awards- 2016 Nomsa was also the Panel Adviser for National Treasury on the RT25 bid for Local Government Financial Management and Internal Control Systems.

OS Holdings currently employs between 60 and 70 staff, and have handled various government projects which have streamlined Municipal delivery processes in line with Auditor General findings.

Nomsa continue assisting less fortunate through various initiatives which drive education and mentorship in
